Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for items purchased from RosaRift within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Final sale items (marked as such on product pages) are not eligible for refunds.
How to Initiate a Refund
- Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and refund request
- We will provide return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photo evidence of the issue. In such cases:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- You may choose between a full refund or replacement (subject to availability)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we approved your return:
- Check with your bank or credit card company - processing may take additional time
- If the issue persists, contact your payment provider
- If needed, follow up with us at [email protected]
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our refund process
- Place a new order for the desired item
