Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests for items purchased from RosaRift within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Final sale items (marked as such on product pages) are not eligible for refunds.

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and refund request
  2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photo evidence of the issue. In such cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • You may choose between a full refund or replacement (subject to availability)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we approved your return:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company - processing may take additional time
  • If the issue persists, contact your payment provider
  • If needed, follow up with us at [email protected]

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our refund process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
